TempSocialWork.com employs only licensed social workers with experience in long-term care settings. Most of the social workers also have experience in hospitals and other social services agencies. The individuals who work for TempSocialWork.com are comfortable “jumping in” where needed, and are use to helping facilities catch up with paperwork.
Supervision
Most social workers from TempSocialWork.com have met their supervision requirement and do not require supervision for licensure. On-the-job supervision is provided on site by whomever typically supervises the social workers (i.e., the Director of Social Services, the Director of Nursing, the Administrator). Employees of TempSocialWork.com always have access to Gretchen Scheffel, MSW, LISW, owner of TempSocialWork.com, for consultation and supervision as well.
Background Checks
All TempSocialWork.com employees have passed pre-employment background checks.
