Long-Term Care Facilities

Medical Leave of Absence

A long-term care facility was in need of a temporary social worker because their social worker had emergency surgery and would be on a six-week medical leave of absence. They called TempSocialWork.com, and we were able to provide a social worker that covered the entire leave of absence. The facility was able to keep up with MDS’s, initial psychosocial assessments, and day-to-day case management of residents.

Maternity Leave of Absence

One long-term care facility with a very busy transitional care unit called TempSocialWork.com, because their social worker was pregnant and would be taking a three-month leave of absence. Our social worker was able to spend some time with the social worker going on maternity leave, providing the facility with a smooth transition.

In-Between Social Workers

The social worker on the transitional care unit (TCU) quit! Everyone knows that a TCU does not function without the social worker! We were able to provide a social worker with TCU experience that jumped right in and kept up with the work until a new social worker was hired!

Community Agencies

Hiring New Staff

A senior highrise was in need of a temporary social worker to assist with assessments and case management of residents in their assisted living program. Our social worker provided services 2 ½ days per week for several months until they were able to hire a permanent social worker.
