Meet Kelli
HR Specialist

With Kelli’s long term passion for healthcare, she recruits, manages and develops Temp Social Work employees. Her drive is to find perfect social work fits for our open position and her understanding nature supports all of our current employees to ensure they are pleased to work for Temp Social Work. 

Kelli has a B.S. in Health Sciences and a B.A. in Spanish from the University of South Dakota. She has past experience in customer service, HR, quality and vigilance, and global health.

When Kelli is not working, she loves to walk the lakes, try new restaurants, and practice yoga.

Meet Melanie
National Account Manager

Melanie brings a great energy and customer focus to Temp Social Work. As an account manager, she works tirelessly to help our clients smoothly navigate their staff transitions and vacancies. Her focus is on long-term customer relations and she is diligent about finding solutions that meet the needs of our clients and our social workers.

Melanie has a degree in Business Management & Marketing from the University of St. Thomas and has several years of experience in sales and customer service.

On her days off, Melanie loves to travel and explore new flavors she can cook at home. She also enjoys the outdoors and spending time at the lake fishing and swimming.

Meet Julie
Owner and President

With 28 years of experience in the social service industry, Julie is the heart and soul of Temp Social Work. She maintains a license to practice social work in Minnesota and has honed her skills in a variety of settings; including Long Term Care, Hospital, Group Home, Assisted Living and more. Prior to owning the company, she worked for Temp Social Work for several years.

Julie has a passion for helping people and she brings that passion to her clients, helping them find the best solution for their social service needs.

Julie has been married for 30 years and has two daughters. When she’s not working on behalf of our clients, she enjoys exercising, and spending time with family and friends at her lake cabin.

Temp Social Work was founded in 2002 by a social worker who saw the need for quality, experienced professionals filling short-term roles. Our president, Julie Reedy, is a licensed social worker who worked for the company for several years before taking over ownership.

After 20 years of service, Temp Social Work remains committed to supporting our social workers, and providing seamless service to our clients.

Meet the Executive Team

Meet Jon
Vice President

With over 25 years as a small business owner, Jon works behind the scenes dealing with banking, insurance and legal operations.

Jon began his career in health care before venturing off to the business world, he is passionate about evolving health industry and has found a home at Temp Social Work.

When he is not working he loves to travel, hunt, fish and cheer on Minnesota sports teams.

Meet Heather
Homecare Manager

With over 20 years in the home health care industry, Heather brings her expertise to Temp Social Work by managing our home care division. As a Licensed Independent Social Worker, Heather also helps problem solve and support our team.  She also assists with payroll and time card submission.

Heather has a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota. She is also a member of the Minnesota Association of Home Care Social Workers.

On her days off,  she enjoys reading, spending time with her husband and three daughters, and occasional getaways to Puerto Vallarta.
