Position Overview
Temp Social Work is seeking an experienced Hospice Social Worker for a unique, very part-time opportunity with a growing startup hospice agency in western Wisconsin.
This position is ideal for a social worker looking to supplement their current schedule with a few additional hours each week. The agency is currently in its startup phase, offering an exciting opportunity to get involved early and grow with the organization.
The position will begin with approximately 5 hours per week, with hours expected to gradually increase as the agency grows and its patient census expands.
Position Details
$35–$42/hour, depending on experience
Approximately 5 hours per week initially
Opportunity for additional hours as the agency grows
Assist with startup and application processes initially
Transition into hospice social work services as the agency begins serving patients

Qualifications
Wisconsin Certified Social Worker (CSW) credential or higher required, meeting applicable hospice regulatory requirements
Previous hospice or medical social work experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a growing agency environment
