Who We’re Looking For:
Active or pending PELSB licensure in Minnesota
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program (Master’s welcome!)
Valid Minnesota Social Work license (LSW, LGSW, LISW, or LICSW)
Previous experience working as a school social worker is strongly preferred
About the Role:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate mental health services for clients.
Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Provide ongoing therapy with students, including individual, group, and family therapy.
Build effective therapeutic relationships to support student progress and well-being.
Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment planning with targeted interventions.
Utilize culturally competent, evidence-based practices within a collaborative team environment.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of all services provided.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
