Join Our Team as a Temporary Child Protection or Adult Protection Worker to work in the North Branch, MN area!

Temp Social Work, a woman-owned and social worker-owned staffing company, is seeking experienced Child Protection Workers and Adult Protection Workers to support one of our valued county partners.

Position Details

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)

  • Location - North Branch, MN

  • Flexible weekday schedule

  • Hybrid work environment

  • Expected assignment length: Approximately 1 year

  • Hourly pay: $30-$35/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary based on placement but may include:

  • Managing a caseload of child or vulnerable adult protection cases

  • Conducting assessments, investigations, and safety planning

  • Completing documentation in accordance with county and state guidelines

  • Collaborating with families, community providers, law enforcement, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders

  • Maintaining timely and accurate case records

  • Participating in team meetings and supervision

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related human services field

  • Previous Child Protection or Adult Protection experience strongly preferred

  • Experience working with SSIS

  • Experience working in a county setting preferred

  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
