Who We're Looking For
Minnesota Social Work license (LSW, LGSW, LISW, or LICSW)
Minnesota PELSB School Social Worker license required
Previous school social work experience required (internships qualify)
Passion for supporting students, families, and school communities
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
About the Role
As a Temporary School Social Worker, you'll partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral success. Responsibilities may include providing direct student services, crisis intervention, consultation with school staff, family engagement, and connecting students with community resources. Placements vary by district, allowing you to find the setting that best fits your experience and interests while making a meaningful impact in local schools.
