Program Manager - Youth Residential Services (LGSW/LICSW)

Location - Anoka, MN

PAY -

  • LGSW - $35-40/ hour

  • LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP, or equivalent - $42-48/ hour

SCHEDULE - 20-30 hours / week


Requirements:

  • Active MN licensure (LGSW,LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP, or equivalent)

  • Experience in youth residential or intensive services

  • Background supporting program growth, change, or stabilization

  • Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards

  • Knowledge of Minnesota DHS licensing standards (e.g., Rule 2960)

  • Experience in regulated or complex service environments

  • Ability to quickly assess needs, build trust, and implement solutions

Job Description:

  • Partner with senior leadership to support day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality residential services for youth

  • Help oversee program operations, including service delivery, safety, compliance, and overall care standards

  • Troubleshoot operational challenges such as staffing, scheduling, census, and facility needs

  • Support financial oversight, including budget monitoring and expense management

  • Assist in maintaining program quality through policy alignment, documentation standards, and continuous improvement efforts

  • Provide leadership support to staff, including coaching, onboarding, training, and promoting team engagement and retention

  • Contribute to project and change management initiatives, ensuring strong coordination, communication, and follow-through

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support effective operations and represent the program professionally
